It is an international, voluntary, non-governmental organization offering aid to victims of wars, natural disaster, immigrants and refugees. Its founders have chosen the name of Humanitarian Aid & Development Organization as it aims to aid humans whatever they are and to utilize human and scientific potentials to optimum levels. The organization uses modern scientific methods to develop poor societies and establish healthy social growth of the masses through the provision of basic structures of health, social services and developing work fields.
In addition social work, training programs and development of professional skills the organization also offers rapid humanitarian aid in the fields of health, education and veterinary.

The organization supports the correction of environment, creates awareness of human rights and makes efforts in spreading Islamic culture in its true essence. It also encourages scientific research and researchers in specialized fields.
The organization cooperates with and seeks the aid of international donor agencies such as the United Nations and other prominent charitable organizations to achieve its targets and objectives.
